Small place but very busy. Staff is friendly. Service is quick. Went there with a friend for the first time. In the beginning they served soup, flat bread and salad. Soup was okay, it had too much black pepper. Flat bread was little dry. Special house salad was good and fresh. Soup and salad is complimentary. I ordered chicken kebab with rice. Rice were okay but chicken kebab was delicious. My friend ordered lamb haneeth which has a large portion. Yemeni tea is also free. Overall, it was a good experience.

What's there not to love about this place? The ambiance 10/10 The service 10/10 The food 20/10!!! The complimentary starter soup is literally the STAR of the show. I would inject it in my bloodstream if i could!! It was served with salad and bread and it makes for the perfect appetizer. We also ordered baba ghanoush and best believe it was all done 10 mins after it was set on the table. For mains we had Chicken Kabsa and Charcoal Grilled Chicken(without the gravy). Tbh the charcoal grilled chicken is the CLOSEST thing you can get to an authentic Pakistani Chicken Tikka but even if you dont taste/see that its an AMAZING dish!!!

Don't overlook this spot in Downtown Brooklyn! They have an AMAZING meat broth soup that comes complimentary with the meal. I enjoyed it so much I paid for a second cup. I feel like this soup could heal any ailment and truly get so happy just thinking about it! We were a group of five that walked in for a late lunch on a Saturday, where there was plenty of seating available. We ordered the chicken and lamb specials with rice, which were divine. The meat was succulent and cooked such that it was fall-off-the-bone and super flavorful and delicious. It was comforting and the portions were pretty huge and shareable. The service was friendly and could accommodate large groups. It was a bit expensive for the specials, but they were large enough to be shared by two people so not as bad. I will definitely be back here again to explore more items on the menu!
